In short
- We keep only what we need in order to recommend you a good place.
- We do not sell data. We do not run ads. Venues do not pay to be recommended.
- The voice is not kept — only a written summary of what you asked, for 12 months.
- Allergies are health data and we treat them as such.
- You can delete everything from the app, from one button, at any time.

Allergies are health data.
That is why we ask for them separately, with an explicit yes, and use them for nothing but leaving out what you cannot eat. They do not enter statistics, they do not reach venues, and nobody on the team sees them in the ordinary course of work.
How to delete everything
In the app: Profile → My data → Delete account. It goes from the app at once and from the backups within 30 days. Or write to us — we answer within 30 days, usually within 3.

2. What we collect
Exactly what the table above lists, nothing beyond it. If we add a new kind of data, we add it here first and ask you in the app.

3. The legal basis
For allergies, your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. For the rest, the contract between us: to give you a recommendation we have to know what you are looking for and where you are.

They are health data. We use them only to rule out places and dishes. They do not enter statistics and they do not reach venues.

5. How long we keep it
The periods are the ones in the table. Backups are cleared within 30 days of you deleting your account.

6. Who we share it with
With the providers who run our servers and turn voice into text, only as far as the app needs to work. We sell data to nobody.

7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, and you can withdraw consent for allergies at any time. We answer within 30 days.

8. Transfers outside the EU
The data stays in the European Union. If a provider processes it outside, it does so only with the safeguards the GDPR requires.
